I am a client of Vodacom for about roughly 8 years and never before have I had service like I had lately. I started having problems with my 3g modem in the beginning of 2012, of which i barely get 3g signal where is stay even though i have 2 cellphone tower close to me. February this year I contacted Vodacom and asked them if they could resolve this issue due to me being very patient with them the past year. They gave me a ref no S3-SHZ93-32NO of which a technician of theirs came out and tested the signal by my house and told me that their is barely a 3g signal there. I then told him that what is the use of having a 3g modem when you only basic get edge or gprs signal. He said that he was going to submit a report from his side and that Vodacom would come back to me. I waited for a feedback and then decided that on the 1 march 2013 i was gonna give them a call and hear what was going on. The lady that I spoke to told me that all that she could do was log another complaint with ref no 281197573 and they would call me within 24 hours. Without receiving any calls I called them again on 2013/03/05 and spoke to the supervisor. Same story just ref no S3-TKL36-632Q7. I just want feedback.
