Poor 3G Network Service

My wife and I purchased 2 data contracts in December 2012 with Cell C. What at first seemed to be some sort of interruption with the internet connection, resulted in a regular trend. Almost everyday in the afternoonsor at night, when we try to connect to the internet, the Cell C connector application displays full network availability however when we try to browse or use any application that requires the internet, they either time-out or display a connection error message. The "Usage" screen of the connector application displays 0kbps speed meaning that despite having full reception and being connected, the is no data transfer happening.

I have subsequently used the SIM cards on a cellphone with the exercise proving futile.

When I called in to query this, not only did I have to hold on for approx. 20min before getting through to "Technical Support", they claimed not hear me however never bothered to call me back to assist with the matter on two occasions.

The fact of the matter is that I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving.
For a company that where first to have LTE in SA, their network is appalling at best.

I demand for this to settled as soon as possible.
