CELL C clearly does not give a!

This is now my second complaint since I got my Cell-C Speed stick loaded with a monthly 2GB data allocation.

I have received sms's saying that my query will be escalated and an investigation will take place but it's already been two weeks since my first complaint and no actual human being has contacted me. I am PAYING for a service I CANNOT fully use and so far every month, I have lost data due to it resetting back to 2GB at the start of the new month... Now while this is fine, I'm losing data simply because the internet is so slow that I cannot finish the data.

Pages take forever to load if at all. As a consumer, I think it's time I exercise my rights and request a termination of the contract on the grounds of I'm paying for a service that is NOT fully usable.

As it is, I'm only able to browse after 17:00 each day and have to put up with connection drops.

I'm off as I shifted from Vodacom to Cell-C to cut internet costs but in the end... I have learned a valuable lesson... You get what you pay for!

Honestly Cell C... I don't even want to hear excuses... I just want this to end and be refunded in full... otherwise you will hear from my attorney
