Cell C
Apple I5 Phone not available

Ever since the launch of the Apple I5 in South Africa, I had my name on a waiting list at the Eastgate branch of Cell C. Currently Cell C offers the best value for money in terms of their tariffs and billing rate. That is why I want to move from Vodacom to Cell C.

However, how long should one wait for stock to arrive? Why bother advertising deals and making it available to the public if there is no stock available? My name is written on a waiting list but there is no way for me to be sure that customer will receive their orders as per the list.

The staff that I have dealt with thus far at the branch in question are friendly, but seem incapable to do anything to remedy the situation. The problem must be solved at a higher level.
