I would like to thank one of your inbound agents named Collin for his help (his shift finishes at midnight). I dialled 10210 and after waiting over 30 mins Colin took my call and tried to help me. The call was cut prematurely and he didnt resolve my problem, but his supervisor and manager need to take notice of the fact that he's really good at what he does and he made an effort to explain certain things to me. Kindly let him know that he's doing an excellent job and to keep up the good work. Chatting with him made a refreshing difference compared to the indifferent nature of other Telkom agents i've dealt with. Now... can someone please help me with my download speeds... instead of the usual 100kB/s im averaging 2 to 3kB/s. Collin did say that Telkom is doing maintainance. I do understand this but this has been happening since Saturday... Please can someone kindly contact me and try and help me as soon as possible... i really would appreciate it.
