Cell C
No use of phone cause of no signal

I haven't had signal for the past two weeks and my wife who is also with Cell C has had the same problem.
Phone only works occasionally and most of the time never have signal so cannot use my phone or receive any calls. I am loosing business and cannot even receive sms.

When I went into a Cell C store the lady told me that they had received a mail from head office saying that they are upgrading there network and some customers will be effected. When I asked what I must do she said there is nothing I can do.

So Cell C expects me to pay at the end of the month but for what service cause they definitely are not giving me one!!

This is a absolute disgrace that I am paying but cannot use my phone.
