Cell C
Deduction Of R10 275, 30

Cell C deducted R 10 275, 30 on the 31 Jan 2014 from my account. After I contacted them to ask what the reason was for this they said that I stopped my account and needed to pay for the cellphone. I told them that I didn't stop my account and they acknowledge that this was their mistake. So it's already the 7th Feb 1014 and I haven't receive any payment back!! When I follow this up they only say that this was referred to their financial department and they need to do the payment!!
So really when will I reeive my money back???
