Account payment - change of debit order date

To whom it may concern,

I have asked numerous times to change my payment date for this account.
117 663 870.

The Bayside branch in Tableview have contacted the Cell C accounts department and have asked to change the date of payment on several occasions.

The date was finally changed, but now there has been 2 deduction.
2013-05-31 - R 388.53
2013-06-15 - R 324.98

Why was there 2 amounts deducted?

I am very unhappy with the way this account has been handled.
