Ripping off consumers with illegal behavior

I took out a contract in July. I have not received promised package allocation. Been calling and calling to no avail. Issue escalated but no recourse whatsoever. Call centre staff are completely incompetent. 3 months on, and I'm still left wanting. I am cancelling this contract, putting a stop order in place and sending the phone back. I am also placing a complaint with the National Consumer Protection Commission, and I am going to go to your competition.
