On The 13th of January i received a statement from telkom moblie which state that i owe them R1352.06 on monthly charges of 2 x Deal Smartplan 50 Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 which after receiving a statement i phoned the call center for help and i was told there is nothing they can do for me i went to the police station got an affidavit that states i did not take any phones, i went to one of the branches in eastgate shopping mall and submitted all the documents they needed to open an investigation that was on the 14th of January. I gave them a call today on the 6th of February just to do a follow up only to find out nothing has been submitted and they still debiting the money from my account after i had told them i did not take any phones
