Cellphone claim not attended to

Hi

I have submitted a cellphone claim 2 weeks ago. Nothing has happened, I went to follow up at the mall and I was told the documents were not received. I called again yesterday the 14/10/2013 and was told to submit an affidavit. Whats the use of reporting the case at police station and submitting the case number if I will be still asked to submit another affidavit. I work from Monday to Saturday I really dont have time to go to the police station now and then.
When you guys are debiting the account for the insurance premium, at the set date you ensure that the account is debited why is it now difficult when you have to pay out.

Please can I get the outcome of the claim
