I have recently paid out my Identity account on the 15 May 2013, and I was promised i would recieve a Clearify Letter in not more than 2 weeks, but till this date I have not received any letter. When I called them after 3 weeks of failing to deliver the letter as promised, I called their call centre on 011 494 6300 and my call was received by one of their representative namely Leon, and he told me that I am owing R80 of which I don't know anything about, when I asked what is that R80 for, I was told it was for not picking up my call on the day they tried calling me, of which is nonsense, I have a slip that says my debt is payed out. and I am even the one that they owe in according to the slip I have. Give me my clarify letter.
