No answer/ bad service!

Telecommunications

I have tried all morning to get through to MTN Tygervalley to query something regarding my contract and I fail to get through to the store each time. I also called Tygervalley Centre Management to get store number and that number also just rings and goes to voice mail.
When calling MTN customers services 083 1808 and it takes extremely long to get through to someone and then when you get put through to the technical division, you get cut off.
Not very good service.
