Poor service at Edgars Tygervalley Centre

I went shopping yesterday the 11 March 2013 at your store at Tygervalley Centre. I was searching for a pair of jeans for my wife's birthday and required assistance from your store assistance. I was unable the locate any floor personnel for almost 30 minutes. Decided to leave and tried my luck at Cape Gate.
