Selling my contact details to Homemark

Today I get a phone call from Homemark, when I asked where they got my details, I was told it was from Vodacom, I have put my name on the data base that I am not contaced, however this didnt work. As we are all well aware that South Africa's reputation for the highest cell phone charges in the world, I think its fair to assume you dont need to make any more money out of me. So I hereby put in writing that you have no authorisation to give my details or SELL my details to any company whatsoever. This is surely a breech of my contract and against my consumer rights. Please refrain from doing this in the future.
