I have tried on numerous occasions to lodge a complaint about the poor connections of Vodacom. Calls that cannot connect, calls being dropped for no reason throughout a conversation. My statement shows calls having to be remade 3 to four times just to complete a conversation. I have also had no reception in a crisis situation which is unacceptable in this day and age around a metropolis such as Cape Town. I have spoken to many people with many different handsets and they all complain about this and how they feel robbed by Vodacom for every redial we the customer pay and Vodacom robs us. I want to know what is being done about the poor reception/coverage and loss of connectivity? Not only does it cost more, it is very stressfull and alot of us are losing business due to the unprofessional service, imagine a conference call with America having to be redialled 4 times, its unacceptable

I EXPECT ANSWERS .

On top of that my email suddenly became faulty yesterday where I can receive but not send from my handset. I had emergency work to email and it has be 3 consultants and 24 hours and the problem is still not resolved 2 of them promised to return my call and still have not???
