Tekom wanys 21 days to move a line

Telkom service to its customers are shocking. Fist you spend hours waiting for your call to be answered and then another 40 odd minutes again as you got cut off only to be told that it will take about 21 days to move a line from one room to another in the same building and that they can not give me a date. The request was put in on the 3rd. and all I am looking for is a date! If I had to do business like Telkom I would have no customers.
