In December 2013 I moved from my house to a new flat in Grahamstown. I requested for my telephone and ADSL line to be moved. A date in early January was confirmed. I have now received bills for the line at the new address, but I still have no service! I phoned the fault reporting line and hung up after 28 minutes without having spoken to anyone.
