Taking 3 weeks to solve a problem

Spoken to 4 people in TNT express to solve a problem regarding stock that was sent to China that nobody has been able to help me resolve for 3 weeks after I've sent through the paperwork multiple times. Not getting response unless i call them. Every time getting directed to someone new to solve this problem, yet no response on how to get stock either delivered or sent back.
