Please refer to my last report. Noone even bothered to call me, and guess what, new month, same issue, and im just so disappointed with you guys and even more disappointed with myself for upgrading with you guys, I should have learnt my lesson, my relationship with nashua has never been smooth, I dont know how many times ive put you guys on hello peter, and why do I have to go that route each time i need something to be resolved. Last month i wasted an hour of my time and airtime talking to a patronising consulatant who accused me of having used up 150mb of data within 10 seconds because 'an s4 is that type of a phone'. I told you that i never received it, and that you guys never loaded the correct airtime bundle for my contract. This month same story. And what is im paying for something that im not getting, you guys are me. I will never refer any of my friends to Nashua and if anyone asks me im going to be brutally honest and tell them to stay away from Nashua. last month after my post you put a response saying someone would get back to me, which was a lie. You just dont care and im fed up. If you havent done your part then apologise and fix it. simple
