On the 17th January 2014, I spoke to thuso mokale telephonically to consolidate my accounts with Nashua Mobile, she advised me to send an email to her with my request and that it would take 48hrs for my accounts to be consolidated, guess what today is the 5 February 2014 and nothing has been done at all, i called in today and spoke to thuso's collegue who 'doesn't know what happened to my request'...

Is this is how a customer who has never missed a payment gets treated?

Outstanding incompetence... keep up the less than average service.
