Hi, I have a contract with Nashua mobile since 2009. I was recently mugged and my Samsung tablet was taken. I reported the matter to nashua to block the phone and to date i have not heard anything. I will be due for an upgrade soon and called the contact center today and spoke to Rosanne Moodley who confirmed she will not be able to assist me with an upgrade until the first on Jan 2014. I requested her to speak to her superior Sonia Deyer and request her if there was anything that can be done since i have been a member since 2009. I believe every company should be loyal to its paying customers and believe Nashua is giving bad service to me.
