I have a 24 month internet bundle contract of 2GB per month at MTN, but since the 4th month (currently the 8th or 9th) I only received data at around 1GB instead of the contracted 2GB

I pay for itemized billing but they only send me a clean bill without data usage. I started monitoring my usage as I log on and off and it became clear that I get blocked at around 1GB. This is highly frustrating and the Nigel branch directed me to the call center and visa versa... no one can assist even though my contract clearly state that it is a 24 month 2GB contract.

I want to cancel this service but have to pay the outstanding amount until contract finish (16 months) for a service not provided in the first place!!!

The next step will be the competition commission.
