THERE IS NO SERVICE AT VIRGIN MOBILE I PHONED CLIENT SERVICE ABOUT MY PHONE THAT IS NOT WORKING I'VE GOT IT ONLY FOR FOUR WEEKS AND IT DOESNT WORK. I HAVE GIVEN ALL MY INFO TO THE GUY I SPOKE TO AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL COME AND PICK UP MY PHONE FROM ME WITH IN 4-7 WORKING DAYS. THURSDAY (30-01-2014) I PHONED AGAIN (DAY SEVEN) SPOKE TO KARABO AND ASK HER WHEN ARE THEY COMING TO PICK UP MY PHONE AND SHE SAID TO ME THE GUY SAID THE ADRESS IS UNKNOWN AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO PHONE ME. I DID GIVE THEM MY WORK NUMBER AND AN ALTERNATIVE NUMBER ASWELL. THURSDAY (30-01-2014) WHEN I SPOKE TO KARABO SHE SAID TO ME THE SYSTEM IS VERY SLOW TO TAKE ALL MY DETAIL AGAIN. SHE SAID SHE WILL PHONE ME BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY (17:00) AND STILL DID NOBODY PHONE ME. SO WHAT MUST WE DO TO GET SERVICE FROM VIRGIN MOBILE?
