Installation not done

I placed an order with Telkom over weeks ago, I received sms's stating installation will take place on the 04/02/2014 but on the day i phone in at about 12:00and they advised that my installion has been moved to the 11/02/2014 without informing me i since then escalated it till not=w nothing has been done no contact from them or anything. The main issue is i must take leave from work so i can be home when they come and they really do not care that i stay away from home. They assured me when i called them that someine will contact me at 08:00 but nothing.
