WHAT IS THE POINT???

Dear CellC
i am really with you guys
due to a problem on my bank i had a depit order bounce.
i got a sms to contact CellC to nmake an arrangement which i do
even spoke to a supervisor (Candy) who assurred me that she would contact the uncontactable credit derpartment and phone me back
some other dude phones me 10 mins later to confirm the arrangement and my service is now cut off

What is the point of contacting me to contact you to make an arrangement AND YOU CAN'T EVEN keep to the arrangement?
