MTN completely ignored my request

My mtn contract expired in December, so I went into the mtn store at the vaal mall branch in November to cancel the contract on expiry date. I signed all the necessary paperwork for cancellation and left thinking everything is in order. In January I was billed for this account and in February again. I went into the mtn store at vaal mall to find out that the person who were suppose to hand in all the paperwork to cancel my contract had resigned therefore she did not hand in anything and no one will take responsibility for not cancelling the contract. I requested to be refunded but no response. This type of bucket passing and bad service is unacceptable. I cancelled my contract in the first place because of bad service at the mtn vaal mall branch.
