On Sunday we (my mom and I) went to Vaal Mall's 8ta shop, the first person behind the counter was Eva. We had a few questions which she was more than willing to answer and explain to us. She didn't refer us to any other person for anything else. She was friendly and helpful, but above all efficient. We took out an 8ta 10gig per month contract, it took me longer to fill in the form than it took her to do EVERYTHING, and in not time we had a contract and modem and left the shop as very happy customers.
