4 months and still not correctly billed

I Had ported my number to CELL C in October and had seen that MTN had billed me for the November also. I queried this numerous times but none of the operators could understand and i was pushed to various departments. I sent a mail to customer services and Thobekile Khuzwayo had informed me that the query was sent to the porting dept. with ref:7412870. This was still not resolved so i called and spoke to TEBISO who had agree that i must pay R497.80 instead of the R900 that was being claimed. He had given me a ref:107931290.
After a few weeks of no response and still being billed incorrectly, i called two days ago and was assured that the Supervisor will handle the matter. No feedback yet!!!
MTN keeps debiting an old account with no money in it and this having a negative effect on me.
i cannot close that account according to the bank as they need a letter stating that my MTN account is closed.
I have spent almost R350 in airtime trying to resolve this matter and need compensation as i could not use the free call.
The bank and credit bureau has records of bounced debits, and this must be rectified.
