With reference to a previous report posted using this forum, I have received no feedback regarding same. I had received a response through the website stating that I will be contacted. It has been over three weeks, close to the next billing cycle and still no call. I fear that my account will be incorrectly billed once again this month. I am awaiting a credit of R80, which I have calculated pro rata. Will somebody please get back to me rather urgently to ensure this does not happen again.
