I called the customer service number today for a few times and every time I ask to be put through the legal department the line cuts. The 6th time I called in I left a message with switchboard to please ask them to call me back as I am getting frustrated after spending 30min trying to get through. She mentioned that someone will contact me back today, and guess what. I'm still waiting. All because I have been sent a notice by SMS to settle my account which has been pending since last year August which was supposed to have been resolved.
I sent an email last here after I cancelled my contract within 7 days and the reason, all because I never got my phone delivered and in the meantime my number had been ported so because I was frustrated for not having a line I decided to cancel. Then I was billed and when I complained I was told by mtn support team to reverse my first debit order and place a stop order which I did and ended up paying the bank charges all because of their (mtn) negligence and incompetence. Please, all I'm asking is for mtn legal department to please settle this matter.
