After doing a sim swap Sunday, was told it would be processed Monday Morning, Tuesday night, MTN still has no clue even about the SIM swap. Standard response.. go to store! I am done with driving back and forth to stores! How hard is it to do a sim swap!!!

This however is not the first pain I have had from MTN!! their call centres are useless, their billing processes, and ripping off with Data costs. Clearly as a loyal subscriber for the last 19 years . currently on 5 contracts with them, I get this! Never once missed a payment.. ONCE! so Clearly I am in my rights to call foul and accuse MTN as break of contract, thus getting me away from MTN now forever!

I am done with MTN. help that person that getting my call tomorrow!
