How can you do this??

Telkom build 1 of there new big white cable boxes right in front of my house which I don't really have a problem with but the fact that they build it so close to my wall is a HUGE problem as it is now an open invitation for anyone to clim on top of this thing and just jump into my yard!!!
I called them to ask if they can at least put a palacade around it and all they do is give me ref numbers?
I can not believe that Telkom is so reckless in putting my family's life in such danger and they don't give a damm!! I have 3 little kids and can not accept this. Telkom, please do something to make my house safe again
