Terrible service and 6 weeks later still no phone

In december I took my phone in to MTN menlyn for repairs as the internal speaker had stopped working. After dealing with a very incompetent assistant 40 minutes later I had finally booked the phone in. At this point I decided it would take another 40 minutes should I point out that he had misspelled almost everything on the report including my name and surname after having spelt it out for him. Three weeks later I returned to collect my phone as this was the quickest they could do the repair (which should take an hour at most). The battery was dead so when I got home I tested it. Nothing had been fixed. MTN menlyn had assured me the phoned had been repaired, alas no. I decided to take it to MTN brooklyn instead as I figured they would have better service. I inquired how long it would be away after already having waited three weeks. I was told 10 days. 6 weeks later after multiple calls I still haven't got the phone. I phoned technical support- they said they haven't even started on it yet. I explained the situation and they have escalated the repair, which the assistant at brooklyn told me was not possible. This is absolutely ridiculous i will never use MTN again.
