Vodacom failed in giving customer satisfaction

I took out a contract a BBZ10 in july 2013 which I paid R196.23 extra for the handset, but now the value of it has depreciated a lot and I am still paying. I wanted to know if vodacom could not revise the contract, seeing that everyone taking out a contract now is not paying for the handset. They weren't willing to help, instead their cc got annoyed over the phone with me.
