Sick of them

I just received an sms telling me that my account is in arrears and my line will be suspended the last time i check Nashua was debiting my account via their collection system, now i am not even aware that they didn't dept i am owing them R842.62 and don't have that money now in cash the reason i do debit orders is to avoid such thin and its not my fault that they didn't take their money, they are so unprofessional this company i cant deal with them anymore. i want my line unlocked!!!
