MTN- nOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND BAD SERVICE

Please do not deal with MTN. First of all the call centre. What a joke wait 20 mins before somebody speaks to you. Then they drop your call. Phone back same thing happens, and this is their legal department. What a joke. One accoutn paid up in Oct 2013. They do not have a clue why the contract as not extnded. Another accout. Was told I had a bill of over R3000.00. Stil waiting for feedback 3 months later why the bioll is so high.
