We pay monthly charges for Very Poor Services!!

Via Siemtech, we are subscribed to Telkom since March 2013 and haven't had one problem free month! There has been roadworkx on the R544 where Telkom lines got constantly damaged, but that does not ease our monthly average Telkom bills of R1, 600! This includes an ADSL line. When service is available, the router get's harmed by lightning. Meanwhile we had to add a Vodacom Data Card to be ensured of Internet Services.
Various Complaints in our Company:
