My phone was on Feb 1st, Without being with a phone as it was I was unable to notify my sister (Contract holder) directly after the incident occurred. When I eventually got hold of her she reported to cellc and they said they had stopped the. Upon reactivating my sim I found my incoming calls were being diverted and there were daily services attached to my account. My bill was constantly increasing and I had no option but to hotline the account. Being without a usable phone that I pay R576.00 was frustrating as I need my phone for work. Most cellc help line calls ended with no solutions. Escalated the matter to still have no help. Cellc as a company cannot hold me liable to pay for these services as I was unable with your help stop the continued deductions from my account.
