Hi Adrian, thank you for your empty response sent on Friday stating one of your senior guys will get hold of me. Well, it's Wednesday and I am still waiting. I would like to inform you that the longer you take to respond the more I will keep dropping reminders on Hello Peter and various other local web sites as to the wonderful service Cybersmart gives its PAYING clients. There has been no improvement to our poor international download load speed and from my tests of international sites it would appear that Cybersmart is excessively throttling my international bandwidth to the extent that I am only achieving an average download rate of 14kb/s and this for a 4MB line! Therefor I am not getting what I am paying for. On this basis and In my own interest (and also on behalf of other Cybersmart clients experiencing this kind of apparent dodgy service) I intend taking this matter to the consumer council.
