I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH NOW FOR "REPAIRS" TO A BRAND NEW PHONE, WHICH I IN THE 1ST PLACE, DEMANDED TO BE REPLACED. HAVE NOT HAD ANY FEEDBACK, STARTED ENQUIRING WITH THE VODASHOP IN HEIDELBERG. WAS TREATED ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. NOW THEY SAY THEY ARE WAITING FOR A CREDITY NOTE FROM VODACOM, PLUS PHONE IS ON BACK ORDER. HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITHOUT A PHONE FOR A MONTH. WHAT DID I PAY FOR IN JANUARY? AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT EXPIRES MOVING TO MTN!!!
