POOR SERVICE TO CORPORATE CLIENT

I work for a corporate company and we have an account with MTN for our cell phone and data sticks. The cell phone currently on contract is broken and now due for an upgrade in February. MTN refused to assist me with upgrade options before Feb and even now - I still can't get any service. I called the call centre and the woman told me she will send an e-mail to the person responsible for my account but she can't help me, and she can't get hold of him either. I have sent numerous e-mails with no response. I even asked what my options were to have my current phone fixed but I would have to take the phone into a shop to see if it can be repaired, but they can't give me a phone to use while the one broken is being fixed and they can't promise that the phone can be repaired. This is not even in my personal capacity - this is the poor service to a corporate - and even the other companies in our holding company are moving away from MTN because they have the same horrible experience in terms of service.
