Worst Company Eve

Afrihost is the worst hosting company ever, giving you pure internet misery... change your slogan to that. I have so many complaints about there dedicated hosting, there lack of support, and there terrible billing. Don't host your sites with them, It is impossible to get support, don't move your ADSL line to them, if your cc expires, they cut you, and you cant get hold of them to make a payment. It took them 28 hours to call me back from Sunday, and this was while I was driving, so I couldn't take the call. A ticket was opened yesterday, no answer 24 hours later. I have tried numerous times to get them on Chat or telephone... no response. In the mean time my ADSL line is down, and no one takes my calls or answers chats or tickets... The Management is just as useless, never return emails or calls. I cant even move my adsl line, because they say it cant move when suspended, so I must now pay them for the month, and pay someone else to move it. Stay tuned for the server hosting complaints, I will make them after the 5 day Hello Peter col down period!
