I HAVE A BILLING QUERY THAT IS 35 DAYS OLD AND I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING AUTO PAGE AND EVERYTIME IM PROMISED THAT THE QUERY WILL BE RESOLVED, I HAVE SPEND OVER 200 RANDS ON PHONE CALLS AND MY TIME, I HAVE SUBIMTTED PROOF OF PAYMENT ON SO MANY OCCASSION BY EMAIL AND BY FAX AND TO DATE MY ACCOUNT IS ACCUMULATING CHARGES AND THE WORST THING IS WHEN YOU CALL IN A PERSON WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD WITHOUT ASKING FOR YOUR PERMISSION AND THE THE PROBLEM IS M=NOT SOLVE AND I SPOKE TO MARRY AFTER RECFIVEING AN SMS AND SHE PUT ME ON HOLD WITHOUT ASKING AND THE ATTITUDE IS WTHE WORST.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND A FAMILY MEMBER, CO-WORKER OR FRIEND TO AUTO PAGE.

I HAVE SINCE DECIDED TO CONTACT THE CREDIT OMBUDSMAN AND HAVE LOGGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED
