AUTOPAGE CONTRACT-BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE

My name is Rajesvary Pillay ID number 7401130001087, I had taken out two contracts with AUTOPAGE, BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE as auto page has always given me a pathetic service from day one of this contract in 2011.
Last year April I took my phone in for a software upgrade at Auto page branch in Pretoria, the next day there was a bill on my account of R4073. After unsuccessful attempts / calls and complaints at Autopage Customer care - i had to finally complaint to Hello peter and Autp Page Customer Care consultants said that they have reversed all charges as it was their mistake. Now again this year again around the same time i am faced with the same GPRS Charges while my SIM card is not even in use account is now amounting to R7000, and my lines have been disconnected. I've phoned many times to auto page since July up to now but nothing has been done. However after my abrupt behaviour over the phone this morning a service request was logged for the IT department to investigate the probable cause of this high GPRS charge on my account.

How can GPRS charge such a huge amount whilst we have BIS on the phone.
kindly assist me as i am totally devastated with this unfair bill.
