For the last 16 months I have been confronted with the worst service and costumer care ever. They pass the buck and don't take responsibility I have struggled with a Blackberry since the beginning of 2012. In December 2012 the phone started to give major problems, I could not make calls or receive calls. I took the phone to Autopage Tyger Valley where they convinced me that I needed a new sim card. After they put in the new card) the problem was not resolved. I handed in the phone with the assurance that the problem will be resolved. After an eternity I contacted them and they informed me that the sim reader was damaged and I had to pay R1800 to get it fixed. I went to Auto page Tyger Valley to enquire. The service that I received was to say the least shocking I was called an "okie"; was given lip and refusals to help me. I was referred back to the service desk with the same response I had to pay R1800 to get it fixed. I went back to the branch and insisted to speak to the BM, he escalated the my complaint with no results. I logged a formal complaint, up to date I have received a sms stating that my complaint was dealt with.
