Wonderful experience

What a great experience, both Daniel and Tabiso ensured that I was able to connect to the internet in under 5 minutes!!! Now that's a very big statement, there are very very very few telecoms companies that are able to do that! and I have used them all.

So for a simple fast connection, Neotel sorted me out in record time, the agents were friendly and understanding and predicted any problems that may arise, they them informed me of how to rectify if there were any problems, if not I am sure I would have been online even faster if it wasn't for a password reset which took seconds!!!

WOW NEOTEL, what a brilliant change from years past, in my eyes you truly have become a South African telecommunications contender from the last time I dealt with your company.

I will motivate others to use Neotel when a simple fast easy to use connection is needed.
