Supplier suspened service, payment is up to date

Altech Autopage suspended my service, yet my accounts show I'm up to date with payments. When I called (from a friends phone) to query my account. I was requested to call again later to query this matter with the relevant department. Altech Autopage, how can I call you? you have suspended my service. You can call me, you have my number. I have been a loyal client since 2003 and this is how you treat your customers? Get this matter sorted out this morning, if not, I will lay a complaint at the Consumer Affairs Offices. I give you time until 13H00 to switch my phone back on. Your incompetence is causing me endless problems and embarrassment.
