Contact on mobile phone 0815384841- has expired after 24 months in October 2013 . and has not been renewed . 3 letters send to cancel the contract to date has not been actioned. Telkom claims non receipt of the cancellation instruction however I have copies of the it, dated
24/10/2013 - 15 /12/and 24 January 2014
Every month D/O of R405.36 is billed to my bank account, last bill 1.Feb 2014 . irrespective of the the fact that the contract has expired. Under the circumstances, I will be compelled to place a stop payment with my bank as the situation is not bound to be resolved at all. As a responsible client my obligations to Telkom was fulfilled, I expect to be refunded for the additional payment
The consultants have a bad attitude, and I certainly don't want to do business or spend another cent of my hard earned money on a company with a bad service record
