Based on my earlier report of utter poor coverage on my MTN DATA modem, I had subsequently received a call to state that the complaint was escalated. I have now twice followed up on this call only to have been requested (for the third time now) to complete the general complaint form. Form first complaint to now is approximately 24 days? and NO response to improve my predicament.
